海南又吹暖風：自貿港要提速，當地上市公司早就摩拳擦掌了

“推動建設海南自由貿易港”，引人矚目，振奮人心。
要説昨天市場最活躍的板塊，非海南板塊莫屬。截至收盤，海汽集團、海南瑞澤、海航基礎漲停，海峽股份上漲4.55%，羅牛山漲4.47%，欣龍控股、海南高速、海南橡膠等多股跟漲。
據新華社消息，國務院副總理韓正19日在國家發展改革委召開座談會時強調，要抓緊制定出台海南自由貿易港建設總體方案，推動海南全面深化改革開放。
同一天，商務部新聞發言人高峯也在例行新聞發佈會上表示，關於海南自貿港建設，商務部正會同有關部門和海南省一道，在前期工作基礎上，抓緊開展相關工作，突出以貿易自由和投資自由為重點，對標世界最高水平的開放形態，努力在政策和制度體系上實現重大突破，加快建立開放型經濟新體制，推動形成全面開放新格局。
此外，中組部近期從各部委、地方政府選派131名幹部到海南掛職兩到三年，海關總署從全國範圍抽調40餘名業務專家支援海口海關參與海南自由貿易港建設，以舉國之力共同推進這一極為重要的國家戰略。
利好之下，近水樓台的海南上市公司，開始“撈月”。
海南橡膠向上證報記者透露，在海南加快自貿港建設的背景下，公司立足獨有的產業優勢和眾多資源，希望憑此機會對接各家上市公司，達到合作共贏。
11月初，海南橡膠迎來了上交所組織的120多家上市公司近160位學員的集中調研，為海南農墾、海南橡膠對接資本市場、尋找合作機會提供了契機。上百名董祕不僅深入橡膠林和生產一線，更進一步瞭解海南橡膠發展精深加工業、熱帶高效農業、康養業的情況。
11月底，中國（海南）自由貿易試驗區（港）諮詢委員會專家團到訪海南橡膠，圍繞海南天然橡膠種植業及加工業相關情況、海南橡膠受中國-東盟自由貿易區啟動後大量東南亞橡膠進口的影響、政府對天然橡膠行業的支持手段和工具等內容座談調研。
更多的海南大型國企，正憑藉着獨有的優勢，馭“自貿港”東風前行。
海峽股份
海峽股份在短短一年間實現“三級跳”，從海口市屬國企，到海南省屬國企，再到央企間接控股。
海峽股份有關負責人對上證報記者表示，瓊州海峽是海南連接廣東、輻射全國的重要通道，承擔了海南島內90%生活物資和全島28%旅客進出需求。公司將作為海南方港航資源整合平台，加快推動瓊州海峽港航一體化。
中遠海運集團是中央直屬的大型骨幹企業、世界500強和全球規模領先的航運龍頭公司。本次中遠海運集團以海南中遠海運為平台收購港航控股進而收購海峽股份，是中遠海運集團依託海南特殊地理區位和戰略區位優勢，謀劃打通國際陸海貿易新通道，進一步完善“一帶一路”倡議的佈局。
海汽集團
海汽集團11月4日的公告也曾一度喧囂於海南資本圈，公司控股股東海南海汽投資控股有限公司100%股權擬整體注入到海南省旅遊投資發展有限公司（簡稱“海南旅投”）。
海南旅投是為打造海南省旅遊龍頭企業、引領落實國際旅遊消費中心的發展戰略，由海南省人民政府決定設立的國有獨資公司。
海南旅投的定位，是海南省國際旅遊消費中心建設投資發展運營商，致力發展成為具有競爭力和示範性的國際旅遊龍頭企業。
