大冷股份(000530.SZ)擬變更公司名稱為“冰山冷熱科技股份有限公司”
格隆匯12月20日丨大冷股份(000530.SZ)公佈，公司於2019年12月20日召開的八屆七次董事會議審議通過了《關於變更公司名稱的報告》、《關於變更公司經營範圍的報告》。上述事項尚需獲得公司股東大會審議通過及市場監督管理機關核准。
變更前，中文名稱為大連冷凍機股份有限公司，英文名稱為Dalian Refrigeration Co., Ltd.；
變更後，中文名稱為冰山冷熱科技股份有限公司，變更後英文名稱：Bingshan Refrigeration&HeatTransfer TechnologiesCo.,Ltd.
以上公司名稱以市場監督管理機關最終核准登記名稱為準。公司名稱變更後，公司將向深圳證券交易所申請變更證券簡稱，並召開董事會審議。公司證券代碼不變。
為了適應現有冷熱事業佈局及戰略轉型方向，公司將經營範圍進行變更：
變更前：主營：製冷設備及配套輔機、閥門、配件以及製冷工程所需配套產品的加工、製造。兼營：製冷空調系統設計、製造、安裝、維修、調試及技術諮詢、技術服務、商業貿易和物資供銷。
變更後：製冷制熱設備及配套輔機、配件、節能環保產品的研發、設計、製造、銷售、租賃、安裝及維修；技術服務、技術諮詢、技術推廣；製冷空調成套工程、機電安裝工程、鋼結構工程、防腐保温工程的設計、施工、安裝、維修及保養服務；房屋租賃；普通貨物運輸；物業管理；低温倉儲；貨物進出口、技術進出口。（依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動）
以上公司經營範圍變更內容以市場監督管理機關最終認定為準。
為更好聚焦公司發展戰略，適應冷熱事業佈局，進一步加強品牌建設，提升冰山品牌價值，打造冷熱事業國際知名品牌，公司擬更名為冰山冷熱科技股份有限公司，同時變更公司經營範圍。
公司專注冷熱事業，致力於發展工業製冷制熱、商用冷凍冷藏、空調與環境、核心零部件、工程與服務、新事業等六大事業領域，打造了完備的冷熱產業鏈。公司“冰山”商標於1997年被審定為中國馳名商標，冰山品牌已成為中國製冷空調行業知名品牌。經過數年持續的研發、驗證、應用、改進，公司已經擁有了大温區及不同温區的能源解決方案，相關技術、產品均有大量成功應用案例，公司具備瞭解決大温區、跨温區深焓能源問題的技術能力，提出了具有顯著節能減排效果的深焓能源系統解決方案。2016年以來，公司持續推進“轉型升級”戰略，在製冷領域升級，向制熱領域轉型，以冷熱節能為己任，引領行業新發展，創造客户新價值。因此，公司新名稱冰山冷熱科技股份有限公司和變更後的經營範圍與公司主營業務匹配，有利於公司品牌價值提升，有利於公司發展戰略實現，有利於公司良性成長。
