希瑪眼科(03309.HK)擬競購深圳坪山地塊用作粵港澳大灣區總部

格隆匯12月20日丨希瑪眼科(03309.HK)發佈公告,該土地已於坪山管理局於深圳市土地房產交易中心提供的線上平台舉行的拍賣中提呈出售。2019年12月20日,公司間接全資附屬深圳希瑪已於拍賣中就建議收購事項提交投標申請書。深圳希瑪於提交投標申請書時同意,倘標書獲接納,深圳希瑪將簽署成交確認書並籤立土地使用權轉讓協議。

該土地位於深圳市坪山區坪山路且地段編號為G11339–8023的地塊,總地盤面積為4,958.41平方米,總規劃建築面積為2萬平方米。

深圳希瑪擬提交標書連同競投要約。倘標書獲接納,深圳希瑪將接獲深圳市土地房產交易中心發出的成交確認書,並將就建議收購事項訂立土地使用權轉讓協議。深圳希瑪已於2019年12月20日於拍賣中就建議收購事項向深圳市土地房產交易中心支付按金人民幣4180萬元,該按金屆時將用於償付收購該土地的部分購買價。倘標書不獲接納,則按金將不計利息退還予深圳希瑪。

公告表示,集團擬利用該土地於深圳市坪山區開設一間新眼科醫院及用作集團位於粵港澳大灣區的總部。倘標書獲接納,深圳希瑪將使用集團的內部財務資源及全球發售所得款項淨額(根據招股章程,其乃分配以於中國開設新眼科醫院)償付購買價。
