中電興發(002298.SZ)子公司簽訂8.88億元智慧國土項目合同
格隆匯12月20日丨中電興發(002298.SZ)公佈，公司於2019年12月20日收到全資子公司北京中電興發科技有限公司(“北京中電興發”)的告知函，告知函內容為：近日，北京中電興發作為聯合體牽頭人與夏邑縣自然資源局就夏邑縣後備資源全流程投資開發項目簽訂了採購合同，合同金額預計為人民幣約8.88億元。
項目合同名稱：夏邑縣後備資源全流程投資開發項目政府採購合同；該項目預計形成整理增減掛鈎指標10000畝，整理佔補平衡指標13000畝。最終指標規模以通過驗收形成的指標數量為準；項目合同金額：預計為人民幣約8.88億元。
在該項目中，北京中電興發將利用無人機航拍攝影、數據處理等先進技術對夏邑縣全域土地後備資源進行基礎地理信息採集及潛力分析，挖掘項目潛力，主要工作內容包括全域土地後備資源調查、項目實地核實論證工作；項目選址、地形測量工作；規劃設計及預算編制工作；竣工測量、項目竣工驗收報告編制工作；項目實施與管理工作；參與項目立項與申報工作；參與項目報備及指標驗收工作等。同時，通過數據分析的深入挖掘，為未來區域時空大數據、智慧城市等業務提供時空數據採集共享服務、動態監測信息產品服務、智慧應用服務等。
該項目合同的簽訂，標誌着該項目正式進入建設實施階段，也是公司在智慧時空(國土)業務的進一步突破，為公司智慧時空(國土)業務和構建全域智慧城市打下堅實的基礎，將進一步增強公司在智慧城市、智慧(時空)國土等項目建設領域的核心競爭力和行業影響力，並不斷精益求精地複製，促進公司在智慧中國業務領域的投資、建設與運營等方面的更好地發展。
該項目合同總金額預計為約8.88億元，佔公司上一年度經審計營業收入的36.14%，對本年度經營業績不會產生影響，預計對公司未來的經營業績將可能產生一定的影響，最終以該項目工程投資、建設及運營等進度情況來核算確認。該項目中，公司與招標方之間不存在關聯關係，不會影響公司業務的獨立性，公司在資金、人員、技術及研發、資質、行業應用、品牌及質量等方面具有強大綜合實力，完全具備後期合同的履行能力，確保合同正常履行實施。
