ITP HOLDINGS(08446.HK)公布,集團預期於截至今年11月30日止六個月的收益按年將大幅減少約36%,預期集團期內可能錄得淨虧損,比較去年同期為錄得淨溢利。
虧損主要是由於集團舉辦的流行音樂會的場次減少,以及每場次流行音樂會的平均收入減少,而導致毛利較去年同期減少;從GEM轉往聯交所主板上市的擬議轉板上市的非經常性專業費用應計;以及於期內本地經濟及社會上的不明朗因素,包括香港的社會動盪及相關的示威活動,因此導致於香港舉行的流行音樂會收益下跌。
