星宇股份(601799.SH):第三期員工持股計劃贈與部分股票出售完畢
格隆匯12月20日丨星宇股份(601799.SH)公佈,公司控股股東周曉萍原擬自願向第三期員工持股計劃贈與不超過50.34萬股公司股票。
2018年12月3日,周曉萍贈與的48.18萬股公司股票已在中國證券登記結算有限責任公司上海分公司完成過户登記手續,相應股份已過户至“常州星宇車燈股份有限公司-第三期員工持股計劃”證券賬户。贈與股票鎖定期為12個月,自公司股票登記至第三期員工持股計劃時起算。
截至2019年12月20日,第三期員工持股計劃中周曉萍贈與的48.18萬股公司股票鎖定期已屆滿並已由員工持股計劃管理委員會出售完畢。根據員工持股計劃以及《常州星宇車燈股份有限公司員工持股計劃管理規則》的相關規定,後續將進行該部分財產清算和分配工作。
