南紡股份(600250.SH):標的資產過户完成 秦淮風光已成為公司控股子公司
格隆匯12月20日丨南紡股份(600250.SH)公佈,2019年12月20日,根據全國中小企業股份轉讓系統有限責任公司出具的《關於秦淮風光特定事項協議轉讓申請的確認函》(股轉系統函[2019]5030號),公司與交易對方南京夫子廟文化旅遊集團有限公司在中國證券登記結算有限責任公司辦理完成了南京秦淮風光旅遊股份有限公司(以下簡稱秦淮風光)51%股份的過户登記手續。
至此,此次交易標的資產秦淮風光51%股權已過户至南紡股份名下,秦淮風光已成為公司控股子公司。
