盈趣科技(002925.SZ)子公司與馬來西亞盈趣共設馬來西亞盈趣實業並完成註冊登記
格隆匯12月19日丨盈趣科技(002925.SZ)公佈，根據公司發展及戰略規劃需要，公司全資子公司南平盈趣科技有限公司(“南平盈趣”)與控股子公司INTRETECH (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD.(“馬來西亞盈趣”)以自有資金共同出資在馬來西亞設立INTRETECH ENTERPRISE SDN. BHD.(“馬來西亞盈趣實業”)，主要開展馬來西亞智能製造產業園的投資管理業務。馬來西亞盈趣實業投資總額為5000.00萬林吉特(約為8461.38萬元人民幣)。其中，南平盈趣擬以貨幣形式投資4850.00萬林吉特(約為8,207.54萬元人民幣)，佔投資總額的97%；馬來西亞盈趣擬以貨幣形式投資150.00萬林吉特(約為253.84萬元人民幣)，佔投資總額的3%。近日，馬來西亞盈趣實業註冊登記手續已辦理完畢。

近年來，公司不斷加大對馬來西亞智能製造基地的投資規模，基於國際化佈局的戰略發展需要，未來公司還需要持續加大馬來西亞智能製造基地的投資力度，現有的場地無法滿足未來發展的需求。馬來西亞盈趣實業設立後，將與孫公司INKOTEK (MALAYSIA) SDN. BHD.共同開展馬來西亞智能製造產業園的投資管理業務，有利於加快馬來西亞智能產業園的投資建設進度及工程進展，滿足公司未來生產經營規模擴大及產能擴充的場地需求，加快整個產業鏈體系建設，致力於將該智能製造產業園建設成為境內外智能製造產業園的標杆。
此次在馬來西亞設立控股孫公司開展馬來西亞智能製造產業園的投資管理業務，有利於進一步提升馬來西亞生產智能製造生產基地的戰略地位。馬來西亞智能製造產業園建成後，帶領公司產業鏈相關企業至馬來西亞投資，進一步完善區域產業鏈配套佈局及形成較好的區域產業集羣效應，有利於公司就地解決馬來西亞產能擴張出現的供應鏈匹配問題，有利於進一步提升公司在東南亞的品牌知名度，吸引更多的客户和獲取更多的業務機會，有效緩解國際貿易摩擦對公司的影響，進而增強公司的國際競爭能力。
