力源信息(300184.SZ)擬向上海互問參股(增資)1000萬元
格隆匯12月19日丨力源信息(300184.SZ)公佈，公司擬向上海互問信息科技有限公司(“上海互問”或“增資標的”)參股(增資)1000萬元人民幣，此次參股(增資)後公司持有上海互問10%股份。
上海互問是一家專業從事音頻信號處理、人機語音交互和人工智能相關服務的高新技術企業，其自主掌握人工智能語音信號處理和語音交互芯片設計、語音降噪、回聲消除、麥克風陣列、語音喚醒、離線語音識別、聲紋識別及自然語言處理等核心技術。上海互問面向智能家電、智能家居、電工照明、音響和智能穿戴等領域提供從芯片、模塊到整體解決方案的服務，主要包括語音通信、語音喚醒、離線語音控制、語音降噪、離在線語音交互等應用場景。
目前上海互問可向客户提供LS416和W02x，用於離線語音控制、語音降噪通話、語音+IOT等場景；提供W03語音芯片用於離在線一體化語音交互領域；同時可以面向客户提供各種定製化開發和服務，包括語音喚醒和離線語音控制開發及調優、一次性定製化開發服務以及基於客户自有平台的項目定製開發服務。
上海互問目前已直接及間接向美的、海爾、TCL、蘇寧、華為、雲米、中國電信、日本愛麗絲等企業提供各類語音芯片(模塊)或服務，並與騰訊簽訂了合作協議，在端雲一體化業務上引入騰訊的內容和服務生態，為客户提供從端到雲的一整套服務。
隨着人工智能技術特別是人機語音交互技術的不斷髮展，以及物聯網和智能家居的普及，語音交互越來越成為人和設備之間最主要的交互手段，不僅可以提高交互的效率，而且可以滿足人們對信息獲取的需求。語音作為人類交流的主要方式，未來也必將成為人和設備之間的主要交互方式。
隨着深度神經網絡技術在智能語音方面的成功應用，語音交互技術得到大範圍的普及，在物聯網產業的蓬勃發展大背景下，AI語音技術和物聯網產業相互結合已經成為未來不可逆轉的趨勢。語音作為其中最簡單、最直接和最自然的交互方式，是未來物聯網最合適的入口，人機語音交互也將隨着物聯網的普及進入大規模產業化的時代。
據中國產業研究院數據顯示，2018年中國智能語音市場規模達160億元。隨着智能語音應用產業的拓展，市場需求增大，預計2019年中國智能語音市場規模將增長到200億元，2020年全球智能語音市場規模將達到191.7億美元。智能語音市場已經成為公司需要重點關注和參與的賽道，在多方考評智能語音業內頭部企業後，鑑於上海互問的核心技術團隊先後任職於SHARP、IBM、SONY、NUANCE中國研究院(以收購摩托羅拉語音團隊為班底)語音項目研發團隊，核心團隊從事語音核心技術研發超過10年以上，曾參與了IPHONE手機助手siri、寶馬車載語音交互系統、全球第一款智能音箱等重大項目的研發工作，公司認為資深專業、穩定而成熟的研發團隊是企業後續發展的核心競爭力。此次參股(增資)完成後，公司將與上海互問在業務和資源上進行深度合作，擴大雙方的業務市場，是公司在夯實電子元器件代理分銷業務的基礎上，穩步向下游應用方案、模塊(模組)、電力終端產品及上游芯片設計等高技術含量方向發展，涉足人工智能行業的一項佈局，對公司和上海互問都將產生積極作用。
