凱倫股份(300715.SZ)實施配股 12月30日起復牌
格隆匯12月19日丨凱倫股份(300715.SZ)公佈,公司實施配股,擬向截至股權登記日2019年12月19日深圳證券交易所收市後,在中國證券登記結算有限責任公司深圳分公司登記在冊的公司全體股東按照每10股配3股的比例配售A股股份。
根據深圳證券交易所的相關規定2019年12月20日至2019年12月26日為此次配股繳款期,公司股票全天停牌;2019年12月27日為登記公司網上清算期,公司股票繼續停牌一天;公司股票將於2019年12月30日開市起復牌。
