旋極信息(300324.SZ)擬斥2億元設立子公司四川旋極
格隆匯12月19日丨旋極信息(300324.SZ)公佈，公司擬使用自籌資金2億元投資設立全資子公司四川旋極智能科技有限公司(最終名稱以工商核名結果為準，“四川旋極”)。
四川旋極是公司輻射西南區域開展軍工、智慧城市、大數據應用業務和半導體制造的重要平台，主要覆蓋四川、重慶、雲南和貴州等地，註冊地計劃落於宜賓市。
四川旋極智能科技有限公司(最終名稱以工商核名結果為準)經營範圍：半導體設計、半導體制造、半導體的封裝和測試、技術開發、技術轉讓、技術諮詢、技術服務;數據採集、存儲、開發、處理、服務和銷售，信息系統集成服務、數據服務平台建設、城市信息系統的研發及銷售、信息諮詢服務、電子計算機及外部設備、機械電器設備、文化辦公設備、通訊設備、化工輕工材料、建築材料、安全技術防範產品;承接計算機系統網絡工程;自營和代理各類商品及技術的進出口,但國家限定公司經營或禁止進出口的商品和技術除外;機動車公共停車場服務;生產IC卡讀寫機具產品;銷售經國家密碼管理局審批並通過指定檢測機構產品質量檢測的商用密碼產品。
公司目前西南區域的銷售主要來自成都地區。四川旋極建立後，將重點開拓重慶的軍工、智慧城市業務；開拓貴州的軍工、特別是貴州航空領域的PHM業務，以及大數據應用業務；開拓雲南兵器、船舶等軍工及智慧城市業務。
此次設立四川旋極，四川省宜賓市政府將給予包括產業入駐扶持、兩高人才税收、人才住房、員工培訓等多方面的優惠政策支持。雙方將共同推動智能裝備產業在當地的研究、科研轉化以及產業發展，為公司智慧防務、智慧城市和大數據應用發展提供條件保障，助力公司將四川旋極打造成輻射川、渝、滇、黔的重要中心。
公司充分考慮了當地的區域優勢及成本優勢，此次設立四川旋極，不僅可以將公司面向西南市場的觸角前移，擴大在渝、滇和黔的業務；還將更靠近用户，更迅速地為用户提供支持和服務。另一方面，宜賓市的綜合成本在西南區域中相對較低，能顯著降低公司未來運營成本。
公司在西南區域的軍工業務主要集中在成都區域。此次在宜賓市設立四川旋極，能夠拓展重慶、貴州和雲南等地的業務，從而提高公司在西南區域的市場佔有率。同時，國家西部建設的政策為以上區域帶來城市建設、數據融合應用需求的增長，也為公司的智慧城市板塊、大數據應用板塊業務增長提供發展引擎，是公司全面推進公司戰略發展的重要組成部分。
