協鑫集成(002506.SZ)與保利(橫琴)及協鑫集團簽署戰略合作框架協議
格隆匯12月19日丨協鑫集成(002506.SZ)公佈，公司於2019年12月19日與保利(橫琴)資本管理有限公司(“保利(橫琴)”)及控股股東協鑫集團有限公司(“協鑫集團”)簽署了《戰略合作框架協議》。
保利(橫琴)為中國保利集團有限公司旗下資本管理平台之一，中國保利集團有限公司系國務院國有資產監督管理委員會管理的大型中央企業，於1992年經國務院、中央軍委批准組建。2018年，保利集團營業收入突破3000億元，利潤總額超過400億元。截至2018年底，集團資產總額超過萬億，位居世界500強第312位。具備較強的履約能力。
協鑫集團有限公司為公司的控股股東，與公司均屬於同一實際控制人。協鑫集團控股有限公司是一家以新能源、清潔能源為主，相關產業多元化發展的科技引領型綜合能源龍頭企業，主營業務涉及電力、光伏製造、天然氣、產業園、集成電路材料、移動能源及電動產業新生態等多個產業領域，擁有多家 A股、H股上市公司，連續多年位列全球新能源500強企業前三位、中國企業500強新能源行業第一位。2019年位居中國企業500強第166位、戰略性新興產業領軍企業100強第16位、製造業500強第68位，中國民營企業500強第45位、製造業500強第24位。協鑫集成是協鑫集團旗下A股上市公司(002506.SZ)，致力於打造成全球領先的集成電路材料製造商、一站式智慧綜合能源系統集成商。
協議的主要內容：各方基於對行業的共同認識，有志於發揮資本及產業的協同效應，利用保利資本的平台優勢和協鑫集團的產業優勢，共同促進協鑫集成在光伏新能源及半導體產業的雙輪驅動發展，以實現短期目標與長期戰略目標的均衡發展，互惠共贏，同意建立面向未來的戰略伙伴合作關係，採取包括但不限於業務合作、資金投入以及在適當的時間成為協鑫集成的戰略股東等方式進行合作。
該協議對公司經營業績的影響需視協議各方後續具體合作協議的簽訂和實施情況而定。若各方後續合作順利實施，將有助於公司業務的進一步提升。同時，保利集團的戰略入股，也將對公司未來發展產生積極影響。
