四川長虹(600839.SH):同意澳洲長虹對473.3萬澳元遞延所得税資產進行核銷
格隆匯12月18日丨四川長虹(600839.SH)公佈,2019年12月18日,公司第十屆董事會第四十一次會議,審議通過《關於澳洲長虹遞延所得税資產核銷的議案》。
根據澳洲税務局對公司下屬子公司長虹電器(澳大利亞)有限公司(“澳洲長虹”)遞延所得税資產的處理意見,同意澳洲長虹對473.3萬澳元遞延所得税資產進行核銷。此次澳洲長虹核銷遞延所得税資產對公司當期的損益影響約-2264.65萬元人民幣。
