格隆匯12月18日丨宏達新材(002211.SZ)公佈，近日，公司註冊地址、經營範圍變更及修訂公司章程的工商登記備案工作已辦理完畢，公司收到了上海市市場監督管理局核發的《營業執照》。
經上海市市場監督管理局最終核准的公司經營範圍為：“有機硅單體及副產品的生產加工，生產銷售硅油、硅橡膠及其製品、高分子材料和石油化工配件，自營和代理各類商品及技術的進出口業務，僅限分支機構生產銷售、經營項目按生產許可證核准範圍，通信科技領域內的技術開發、技術轉讓、技術服務，基礎軟件、支撐軟件、應用軟件的開發和銷售，信息系統、網絡系統建設、維護、運營服務，信息安全服務，網絡設備、電子設備、通信設備的銷售。【依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動】”具體修訂情況如下：
核准前，經營範圍：有機硅單體及副產品的生產加工，生產銷售硅油、硅橡膠及其製品、高分子材料和石油化工配件，自營和代理各類商品及技術的進出口業務，僅限分支機構生產銷售、經營項目按生產許可證核准範圍。通信科技領域內的技術開發、技術轉讓、技術服務，基礎軟件、支撐軟件、應用軟件的開發和銷售，信息系統、網絡系統建設、維護、運營服務，信息安全服務，網絡設備、電子設備、通信設備的研製、生產、銷售。【依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動】
核准後，經營範圍：有機硅單體及副產品的生產加工，生產銷售硅油、硅橡膠及其製品、高分子材料和石油化工配件，自營和代理各類商品及技術的進出口業務，僅限分支機構生產銷售、經營項目按生產許可證核准範圍，通信科技領域內的技術開發、技術轉讓、技術服務，基礎軟件、支撐軟件、應用軟件的開發和銷售，信息系統、網絡系統建設、維護、運營服務，信息安全服務，網絡設備、電子設備、通信設備的銷售。【依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動】
因公司原有經營範圍中的“網絡設備、電子設備、通信設備的研製、生產”一項涉及前置行政審批手續並需要提供環評報告等文件，上海市市場監督管理局未核准該項經營範圍。截至目前，公司本部尚未開展“網絡設備、電子設備、通信設備的研製、生產”業務，公司全資子公司上海鴻翥信息科技有限公司的經營範圍已經包含“計算機、網絡設備、電子設備、通信設備、電子元器件及組件、通用儀器儀表、可穿戴設備及其他智能產品的研製、生產、銷售”，因此公司經營範圍中未包含“網絡設備、電子設備、通信設備的研製、生產”不會對公司正常運營造成不利影響。
