貴州輪胎(000589.SZ)子公司進出口公司申請訴訟財產保全
格隆匯12月18日丨貴州輪胎(000589.SZ)公佈，公司全資子公司貴州輪胎進出口有限責任公司(“進出口公司”)起訴普惠國際貿易(香港)有限公司(英文名稱：PMB International Trading（HK）Limited，“普惠公司”)、重慶商社化工有限公司(“重商化工”)買賣合同糾紛一案已於2019年11月6日被重慶市第一中級人民法院立案受理(案號：[2019]渝01民初1326號)。
為維護自身合法權益，進出口公司於近日向重慶市第一中級人民法院提交了《財產保全申請書》，請求對被申請人普惠公司、重商化工資產進行財產保全，財產保全金額為人民幣5200萬元。
2019年12月16日，重慶市第一中級人民法院向本公司送達了該院於2019年12月13日出具的《執行裁定書》([2019]渝01執保535號)和2019年12月16日出具的《協助執行通知書》([2019]渝01執保535號)，公司在《送達回證》上進行了簽收。
《執行裁定書》([2019]渝01執保535號)裁定的主要內容如下：查封、扣押、凍結被申請人普惠國際貿易（香港）有限公司、重慶商社化工有限公司名下價值人民幣5200萬元的財產。凍結銀行存款的期限為一年，查封、扣押動產的期限為兩年，查封不動產、凍結其他財產權的期限為三年。
《協助執行通知書》([2019]渝01執保535號)，請公司協助執行下列項目：(1)限額凍結被申請人普惠國際貿易（香港）有限公司因協議編號為CZTXJ2019-5-15號《長約協議》在你處享有的債權5200萬元。(2)凍結期限三年：即從2019年12月16日起至2022年12月15日止。
截至目前，在CZTXJ2019-5-15號《長約協議》項下，公司自2019年8月至2019年9月向普惠公司採購五批橡膠共計2620.80噸，應付貨款共計為357.3158萬美元。
由於本案尚未開庭審理，且審理後的履行或執行結果無法估計，該訴訟事項對公司本期利潤或期後利潤的影響存在不確定性。
