迪臣發展國際(00262.HK)擬1500萬元出售四川海洋置地發展5%股權
格隆匯12月17日丨迪臣發展國際(00262.HK)宣佈,於2019年12月17日,公司的一間間接全資附屬公司與買方何家駒訂立協議,以出售目標公司Fortune Taker Limited的5%股權,總代價為現金人民幣1500萬元。完成後,買方將擁有目標公司的100%權益。目標集團將不再分類為集團按公平值計入其他全面收益的金融資產。
目標公司為中國附屬公司四川海洋置地發展有限公司的法定及實益擁有人。中國附屬公司主要從事住宅及商業物業的開發建設及經營、租賃及物業管理業務。
董事認為,現時反引渡法修正案議案活動引致香港經濟低迷,對香港市場整體環境造成不確定性,亦令其不穩定,集團應變現其就目標公司權益的溢利,以防帶來投資虧損。出售事項的所得款項淨額為集團未來發展提供營運資金。
