華峯超纖(300180.SZ)子公司擬與專業投資機構共設投資基金 主投國家鼓勵發展的戰略新興產業
格隆匯12月17日丨華峯超纖(300180.SZ)公佈，2019年12月16日，上海華峯超纖科技股份有限公司董事會審議通過了全資子公司威富通科技有限公司(“威富通”)與深圳市天使投資引導基金有限公司(“天使引導基金”)、深圳市光遠投資管理合夥企業(有限合夥)(“光遠投資”)、浙江方遠控股集團有限公司(“方遠控股”)和台州潤方遠創股權投資管理中心(有限合夥)(“潤方遠創”)聯合成立投資基金，約定由光遠投資作為普通合夥人認繳出資400萬元，威富通、天使引導基金、方遠控股和潤方遠創作為有限合夥人分別認繳出資1.6億元、1.6億元、3600萬元和4000萬元，共同投資設立深圳光遠數科天使創業投資合夥企業(有限合夥)(“投資基金”，最終以工商行政管理部門核准的名稱為準)。
深圳市光遠數科天使創業投資合夥企業(有限合夥)(暫定名，最終以工商行政管理部門核准的名稱為準)投資方向：主要圍繞國家鼓勵發展的戰略新興產業投資，重點關注數據價值鏈(包括數據源、數據存儲及雲服務、數據分析與挖掘、人工智能、數據安全、數據交換)中涉及到的軟硬件技術在金融科技領域的應用。
威富通所處行業為移動支付科技行業，屬於國家產業政策重點支持行業，發展前景廣闊。為保持核心競爭力，打造移動支付生態圈，威富通擬通過上下游產業鏈戰略投資，支持和扶持相關企業，佈局大數據以及金融科技軟硬件等領域，多維度為支付賦能。
此次天使基金擬投資行業標的與威富通業務高度協同，投資標的為威富通產業上下游產業鏈公司。通過此次投資，威富通將與產業鏈公司實現產品、技術、管理、上下游業務等方面的互補融合，以提高公司的盈利和競爭能力。故此次投資為威富通圍繞產業鏈業務發展進行的戰略投資，非財務投資。
此次圍繞威富通產業背景，通過投資設立投資基金，在威富通主營業務相關領域進行兼併收購實現產業整合，有助於促進威富通在原有移動支付科技業務基礎上實現戰略升級。此次投資事項短期內對威富通生產經營不會發生實質影響；從長遠看，如基金運作良好，將對威富通今後發展產生積極影響，符合威富通發展戰略和全體股東的利益。
