东吴水泥(00695.HK)以代价2,200万人币售附属62%股权
东吴水泥(00695.HK)公布,於2019年12月16日,向独立第三方悉售附属公司62.26%股权,总代价为2,200万元人民币(下同)。该目标公司拥有环保工程专业承包三级资质;主要提供有机废水处理、污泥处理、城市有机废弃物综合处理等环境综合服务。
出售事项完成後,目标公司将不再为公司的附属公司。目标公司其余37.74%股权於出售事项前後皆继续由上海东熙投资发展有限公司,一家由公司之其中一名执行董事凌超所控制之公司所持有。
集团拟将出售事项所得款项净额2,200万元,用於继续寻找合适的投资项目以及一般运营资金。
