格隆匯12月16日丨中科海訊(300810.SZ)公佈，公司擬以自有資金在青島設立全資子公司青島中科海訊數必得科技有限公司(暫定名，以工商行政管理機關核准的名稱為準)，註冊資本為1000萬元。
公司擬以自有資金在武漢設立全資子公司武漢中科海訊電子科技有限公司(暫定名，以工商行政管理機關核准的名稱為準)，註冊資本5000萬元人民幣。
此次設立武漢中科海訊電子科技有限公司的目的為：公司專注於聲納領域相關產品的研發、生產和銷售，信號處理平台、聲納模擬仿真系統和水聲大數據是公司的主要業務方向。將高性能計算、分佈式存儲和計算、虛擬化和異構硬件加速這些業界主流前沿技術融入信號處理平台，對其進行升級換代是保持公司核心產品競爭力的關鍵舉措。立足於新一代信號處理平台開展新型水聲應用研發，並以其為載體拓展公司在聲納裝備方向的更多業務領域也是公司的重大發展戰略。公司本次投資設立全資子公司，專注於新一代水聲信號處理平台、聲納模擬仿真系統和水聲大數據的研發工作，符合公司戰略發展需要，有利於提升公司的核心競爭力。本次投資符合的長遠發展戰略和全體股東利益。
此次設立青島中科海訊數必得科技有限公司的目的為：立足於佔領水聲數據建設與應用領域的制高點，以建立從水聲數據採集至數據應用的完整數據產業鏈，並在國內率先突破基於深度學習的水聲目標識別、智能聲納系統等新興技術為目標，加強數據技術研發和數據系統建設的投入，形成平台數據採集應用設備、岸基數據處理分析系統、數據計算服務平台、水聲仿真訓練系統等系列化產品。公司本次對外投資設立青島中科海訊數必得科技有限公司符合公司戰略發展需要，同時加快推進了公司無人探測系統的研發進度，有利於公司可持續發展戰略，有利於提升公司的盈利能力和核心競爭力。本次投資符合公司的長期發展戰略和全體股東的利益。
