保隆科技(603197.SH)擬將“企業技術中心建設項目”的募集資金賬户餘額2059.1萬元永久補充流動資金
格隆匯12月16日丨保隆科技(603197.SH)公佈，公司擬變更募集資金投資項目名稱：企業技術中心建設項目；
擬變更募投項目剩餘募集資金餘額：公司擬將剩餘募集資金2059.10萬元(含利息及理財收益，具體金額以實際結轉時項目專户資金餘額為準)永久補充流動資金。
該事項尚需提交公司2020年第一次臨時股東大會審議批准。
公司擬變更項目“企業技術中心建設項目”計劃投資總額為4050萬元，主要用於汽車電子產品研發分中心、計算機信息中心、橡膠金屬技術研究分中心及內高壓成型技術與金屬管件研究分中心的研發設備、測試設備、信息系統硬件、軟件及樣機投入等。
截至2019年12月6日，該項目已累計投入2174.17萬元，主要用於汽車電子產品研發分中心的研發設備、測試設備及樣機、計算機信息中心硬件、軟件的投入等，其募集資金賬户餘額為2059.10萬元(含利息及理財收入)。
隨着中德合資公司“保隆霍富(上海)電子有限公司”設立以及合資公司在武漢研發中心的設立，公司對汽車電子領域的研發更多集中在保隆霍富(上海)電子有限公司，原計劃對汽車電子產品研發分中心的研發投入部分由合資公司及其研發中心進行。
募投項目立項至實施間隔較長，原計劃對橡膠金屬技術研究分中心、內高壓成型技術與金屬管件研究分中心的研發及測試設備隨着技術發展更新迭代。公司全資子公司保隆(安徽)汽車配件有限公司及安徽拓撲思汽車零部件有限公司主要負責橡膠及管件相關業務，為了更好的響應技術變化、提高研發效率及與生產的更好銜接，公司將原計劃對橡膠及管件相關的研發投入通過上述子公司進行。
因上述原因，為了提高募集資金使用效率，增強公司資金流動性，將“企業技術中心建設項目”的募集資金賬户餘額2059.1萬元(含利息及理財收入，具體金額以實際結轉時項目專户資金餘額為準)變更為永久補充公司流動資金。
