御德国际控股(08048.HK)公布,於12月16日交易时段後公司全资附属作为卖方,有条件同意以10万元出售Excelink Development Corporation全部已发行股本,预期公司将获应计收益约为19.8万元,所得款项净额将用作集团之一般营运资金。
公告指,由於目标集团近年在上海的整体表现并不理想,并录累计亏损及负债净值,料出售事项可减轻亏损经营对集团带来的财务负担。 ~
