東傑智能(300486.SZ)與成科中心籤戰略合作框架協議
格隆匯12月16日丨東傑智能(300486.SZ)公佈，為充分發揮公司在行業及其衍生領域的產業資源優勢，協同中物院成都科學技術發展中心(“成科中心”)在科技創新方面的技術和人才優勢，加速科技創新能力的轉化和促進產業經濟發展，公司於2019年12月14日與成科中心簽訂了《戰略合作框架協議》。具體合作內容為：
1、共建聯合研發中心
立足公司中長期產品開發及市場拓展需求，充分發揮成科中心、596園區、中物院、公司的優勢資源，圍繞人工智能、5G、物聯網、大數據、區塊鏈、半導體等先進技術，開展高水平產品技術開發和先進技術研究儲備工作，實現產、研、用的有效結合。
2、產業投資基金合作
藉助公司的市場和資本優勢，以及成科中心的項目和平台優勢，雙方將在產業投資基金領域攜手合作，促進成科中心、596園區乃至中物院的成果轉化和產業化，使之能夠成為上市公司的業務拓展和戰略資源儲備。
3、推動設立院士工作站
公司正在計劃以市場的創新需求為導向，籌建以兩院院士及其團隊為核心、聯合進行科學技術研究的高層次科技創新平台，為增強企業和地方的自主創新能力提供強有力的支撐。成科中心願意積極協助，推動兩院院士及其團隊落户公司，設立院士工作站，聯合攻克產業核心關鍵技術。
公告顯示，成科中心成立於2012年，隸屬中物院，主要從事前沿性、交叉性科學研究和技術攻關，同時負責銀河•596科技園的運營和牽頭四川省軍民科技協同創新中心(籌)的建設，2018年成為四川省技術轉移示範機構。在智能製造、網絡安全、新材料、人工智能等領域的多個細分方向擁有領先的科研能力，是中物院的對外交流合作的重要窗口。
中物院是以發展國防尖端科學技術為主的，集理論、實驗、設計、生產為一體的國家級綜合性研究院。銀河•596科技園佔地面積750畝，是中物院響應創新驅動發展和軍民融合發展戰略而建設的開放型科技創新園區，已建成建築面積逾40萬㎡，已有各類科研創新性研究團隊(企業)近60家、有國家級或省級重點實驗室(工程中心)14個，主要分佈在微系統與太赫茲、先進激光、新材料、新環保、人工智能、網絡安全、智能製造等領域。
