通產麗星(002243.SZ)：擬與鎮江市人民政府合作建設“江蘇力合智能製造產業園”
格隆匯12月15日丨通產麗星(002243.SZ)公佈，2019年12月14日，公司的全資孫公司深圳力合創新發展有限公司(“創新發展”)與丹陽市人民政府、江蘇省丹陽高新技術產業開發區管理委員會簽署了《江蘇力合智能製造產業園合作協議》，公司全資子公司力合科創集團有限公司(“力合科創”)分別與鎮江市人民政府簽署了《鎮江市人民政府與力合科創集團有限公司合作建設“江蘇力合智能製造產業園”框架協議》，合作各方本着平等互利、優勢互補、共同發展的原則，就合作共建“江蘇力合智能製造產業園”達成共識，並以智能製造、新一代信息技術與新材料新能源為三大主導產業，集聚科技人才與項目。
產業園本期項目總用地面積約1300畝(紅線內，以實際掛牌為準)，總建築面積約130萬平方米，總投資強度50億人民幣。建成載體包括高標準廠房、研發用房、總部經濟、孵化器大樓以及人才公寓等物業類型。後期項目預留用地約1000畝。
打造集政產學研資五位一體的深度融合的科技創新孵化體系，建設集眾創空間、孵化器、加速器、產業園區的完整產業培育鏈條，滿足企業研發設計、試驗檢測、規模化生產製造以及產業配套的不同需求，打造產城融合的新業態，成為全市的創新孵化高地與科技企業集聚區。
《合作協議》中50億人民幣的投資強度並非公司此次的投資金額，而是包含未來擬建的產業園區的建設總投資以及產業園區孵化或引進的企業累計的投資總額；此次合作項目的落實需由新設立的公司全面負責，具體投資金額、實施內容和進度尚存在不確定性。
此次公司的下屬公司與合作各方簽署的《合作協議》、《框架協議》，是利用下屬公司在創新基地平台服務方面的優勢，為共同打造丹陽市和鎮江市集聚集約發展新模式，加速產業結構調整與優化，助力鎮江地區的傳統產業轉型升級，助力江蘇省丹陽高新技術產業開發區成為新型製造業與創新產業集聚高地，有效承擔丹陽市創新引擎的服務與引領作用的舉措。如合作能順利實施，將為公司帶來新的效益增長點，並增強公司的核心競爭力，符合公司戰略發展規劃，對公司後續發展將產生積極影響，符合公司和投資者的利益。
