ST圍海(002586.SZ)：建塘投資已於12月12日收到海塗圍墾付來的2.31億元
格隆匯12月13日丨ST圍海(002586.SZ)公佈，公司及子公司浙江省圍海建設集團寧波杭州灣新區建塘投資有限公司(“建塘投資”)於2015年6月2日與寧波杭州灣新區海塗圍墾開發有限公司(“海塗圍墾”)簽訂了《寧波杭州灣新區建塘江兩側圍塗建設-(分階段運行)移交工程》合同。
因中央環保督查整改要求，本工程自2018年7月14日起除環保整改項目外全線停工已一年有餘，工程已完成建安投資約14.5億元(不含建設期利息)，根據寧波市政府辦公廳關於《圍海股份應收帳款回收專題協調會備忘錄》要求和公司當前遇到資金流動性危機的實際情況，依照《中華人民共和國合同法》及其他有關法律、法規，遵循平等、自願、公平和誠實信用的原則，上述各方就本項目有關事宜協商一致，特訂立《寧波杭州灣新區建塘江兩側圍塗建設-(分階段運行)移交同城合同補充協議五》，具體如下：
一、變更項目建設規模。三方經商定對後續確定無法實施三八江隔堤東側圍塗、建塘江隔堤西側圍塗及造地項目總投資約4億元進行核減，將項目總建安費由原28.6億元調整至24.6億元。
二、回購時間及項目。對已完工並完成結算審核的項目進行回購，時間由原2022年提前至2019年開始，具體項目為：一是合同編號JTJWT-2015-2的圍塗一期工程，開工日期為2015年6月8日，完工驗收日期為2017年8月24日，建安投資約3.58億元；二是合同編號為JTJWT-2017-1的慈西水庫棄土(濱海新城棄土區塊)工程，開工日期為2017年2月16日，完工驗收日期為2018年8月10日，建安投資約1.97億元；三是合同編號為JTJWT-20163的慈西水庫棄土(華強棄土區塊)工程，開工日期為2016年9月25日，完工驗收日期為2018年1月12日，建安投資約0.24億元。以上三個項目建安投資合計約5.79億元(不含建設期利息)。
三、建塘投資設立回購資金專户，以確保回購資金用於建塘江兩側圍塗建設-(分階段運行)移交工程相關費用支出。公司需要使用回購資金時須提供用於上述三個項目的支付憑證，若仍有剩餘資金只能用於建塘江兩側圍塗建設-(分階段運行)移交工程後續項目建設。
另外，為抓好資金監管，回購資金使用時需提供用於建塘江兩側圍塗工程-(分階段運行)移交工程建設的結算資料，並經新區海塗圍墾公司及施工單位項目現場負責人簽字確認。
建塘投資已於2019年12月12日收到海塗圍墾付來的約2.31億元。
