SOLOMON SYSTECH(02878.HK):預計全年虧損擴大逾50%
格隆匯12月13日丨SOLOMON SYSTECH(02878.HK)發佈公告,集團預期截至2019年12月31日止全年公司權益持有人應占虧損,比對於公司截至2018年12月31日止全年公司權益持有人應占虧損1370萬美元,將會錄得多於50%增幅。
公告表示,公司權益股東應占虧損預期增多主要由於(包括但不限於)以下原因:(1)因就集團部份產品的市場需求減少而出現的滯銷庫存作撥備,導致毛利率下降;(2)2019年的投資環境較2018年同期不利而致令財務淨收入減少;及(3)關閉英國及韓國的辦事處,並沖銷這些業務的賬面成本。重組符合市場方向,旨在減少日常開支。
