杭州園林(300649.SZ)簽訂1.81億元合同協議書
格隆匯12月13日丨杭州園林(300649.SZ)公佈，今日，公司(“乙方”)作為聯合體牽頭人與杭州之江城市建設投資集團有限公司(“甲方”)依照《中華人民共和國合同法》及其它有關法律、行政法規的有關規定，遵循平等互利、友好合作和誠實信用的原則，雙方就石龍山南區塊環境提升工程及靈山路提升改造工程EPC總承包等有關事項，簽訂了《合同協議書》，暫定合同價格為人民幣約1.81億。
工程名稱：石龍山南區塊環境提升工程及靈山路提升改造工程EPC總承包；該項目石龍山南區塊環境提升工程包括清理現有魚塘，連通水系，溝通園路，完善旅遊服務設施，提升綠化、營造景點等方面。設計利用現狀較好的山水骨架，梳理水系，組織遊線，點景建築，建設一處以自然山水為基底，以谷地溪流為特色，以清雅精緻為內涵的谷地景觀。另外還包括園區範圍內的給排水、景觀照明、景觀用電和智能化設計。靈山路提升改造工程範圍西起靈山線、東至樁號K2+180，設計全長約2180米，道路改建紅線寬度為10米.道路沿線新建3座拱橋，孔數分別是兩座單孔、一座三孔；拆除老路；新建、改擴建道路；新建雨污排水及交通設施等。該項目總投資為約2.24億元，其中工程費用為約1.87億元。合同工期及合同約定主要日期:360日曆天(以合同簽訂之日起計算EPC總承包工期)包括設計工期、建設手續辦理工期和施工工期。
該合同的總金額約為人民幣1.81億元，佔公司2018年經審計的營業收入人民幣5.23億元的比例為34.58%。該合同的簽訂及履行，預計將對公司未來的經營業績產生積極影響；該合同的簽訂標誌公司在前期工程項目總承包的實施過程中起到了良好的示範效應，公司業務由設計向工程總承包的拓展取得了較好的效果；該合同的履行不影響公司業務的獨立性，公司不會因為履行該合同對交易對方形成依賴。
