精準信息(300099.SZ)擬向恆天領鋭增資1億元 參與新能源動力及控制系統項目
格隆匯12月12日丨精準信息(300099.SZ)公佈，公司擬通過使用自有資金1億元對南京恆天領鋭汽車有限公司(“恆天領鋭”或“標的公司”)進行增資的方式，參與恆天領鋭計劃實施的新能源動力及控制系統研發、生產及銷售項目，以提高公司長期發展動力，打造新的經濟增長點，提高公司現有業務板塊技術增長能力和市場能力。此次增資完成後，公司將擁有恆天領鋭12.50%的股權。
政府投資平台南京潤科產業投資有限公司為標的公司所在地南京市溧水區政府下屬公司，擬投入6000萬元參股標的公司，此次增資完成後，南京潤科產業投資有限公司將擁有恆天領鋭7.50%的股權。當地政府以研發補助的形式支持4000萬元。政府投資平台南京潤科產業投資有限公司可以為標的公司鏈接當地資源及各項政策支持。
自2017年成立至今，恆天領鋭一直致力於新能源動力及控制系統的研發，共申報各項專利及著作權一百多項，已通過國家高新技術企業評審，是國內新能源動力及控制系統創新型企業。恆天領鋭是目前國內擁有高端新能源動力總成及控制系統核心技術及自主知識產權的企業。恆天領鋭已初步具有高速異步電機動力總成、軌道交通控制系統及新能源汽車控制系統等產品，致力於在國內軌道交通、新能源船舶和新能源汽車產業的產業升級和進口替代。
該項目實施的目的主要是研發生產新能源動力及控制系統、新能源交通工具網聯化和智能化系統，以配套不同領域內的高端新能源交通工具，主要目的如下：(1)促進現有業務板塊技術升級，擴大新的市場需求；(2)抓住國家大力發展新能源交通的機遇，佈局新能源動力及控制系統；(3)發揮公司高端製造的技術設備能力及資金優勢，做大做強公司業務。
公司此次使用自有資金對恆天領鋭進行增資，進入了新能源動力及控制系統產業，公司將與恆天領鋭整合雙方的資源，實現優勢互補，能提高公司長期發展動力，打造新的經濟增長點，有利於公司快速做大做強，提高公司現有業務板塊技術增長能力和市場能力，並對增強公司的綜合競爭力產生積極影響，符合公司中長期發展戰略。
