金禾實業(002597.SZ)擬將循環經濟產業園一期規劃項目調整為投建年產4500噸佳樂麝香溶液等項目
格隆匯12月12日丨金禾實業(002597.SZ)公佈，2019年12月12日，公司召開第五屆董事會第八次會議審議通過了《關於調整金禾實業循環經濟產業園一期部分規劃項目的議案》，基於公司發展實際情況需要，同意對金禾實業循環經濟產業園一期部分規劃項目進行調整，將金禾實業循環經濟產業園一期項目原規劃投資建設的建設年產5000噸高效食品添加劑甲乙基麥芽酚裝置調整為年產4500噸佳樂麝香溶液等項目。
項目名稱為年產4500噸佳樂麝香溶液等項目；項目建設內容與規模：建設年產4500噸佳樂麝香溶液、5000噸2-甲基呋喃、3000噸2-甲基四氫呋喃、1000噸呋喃銨鹽等項目；該項目擬定廠址位於安徽定遠鹽化工業園內。廠區用地範圍內及周邊附近區域土地資源豐富。廠區給水和排水條件優越，該地區還有豐富的電力資源。周圍已形成了區域性的公路、鐵路和水運交通網絡，交通優勢明顯，為廠區的建設和發展提供優越的條件，為企業物流服務業的發展創造了良好的環境。根據項目規劃，一期項目建設用地約450畝。
項目預計總投資約3.6億元，其中項目建設投資約3.24億元，項目鋪底流動資金約3674.96萬元。資金來源為自有資金。相關手續完成後，預計整體建設週期為12個月，其中主體工程的建設與設備安裝等預計在9—12個月能夠完成。根據謹慎性預測，項目完全投產後，可實現年均銷售收入約10.88億元。
此次項目投資建設是圍繞糠醛、雙乙烯酮等產品打通上下游產業鏈，有利於實現產業鏈橫向、縱向一體化建設，形成上下游協同效應，降低公司綜合成本。同時此次項目建設的佳樂麝香是日化香精類的重要產品、呋喃銨鹽是生產頭孢呋辛原料藥的關鍵中間體，有利於實現公司在日化香料、醫藥中間體行業的戰略佈局，提高抵禦市場風險能力，進一步延伸和擴展公司產業鏈，增強公司綜合競爭力和盈利能力，保障公司業績持續穩定增長和長遠發展。
