惠誉:内地业务敞口维持属本港银行生存能力评级关键因素
评级机构惠誉发表报告,指中国内地业务敞口(MCE)维持是本港银行生存能力评级的关键因素。本港银行MCE占所有外资银行MCE约一半,在今年6月底止维持占系统资产约29%水平,同期澳门的银行MCE占比则由去年底的38%扩大至41%。明年内地经济转弱料不会影响银行对MCE的风险胃纳,内地相关贷款仍然是本港及澳门的银行中期核心盈利增长引擎。
惠誉表示,料明年本港银行MCE维持约30%高水平,而内地相关贷款续支持整体增长,纾缓本地经济收缩及失业率上升的影响。
本港银行之间,该行称,创兴银行(01111.HK)及招商永隆银行自2016年起MCE对总资产占比稳定上升,其他内地银行本港附属则大致稳定或轻微倒退。惠誉相信渣打香港MCE上升,主因今年上半年渣打中国系内转移拥有权所致。
