露天煤業(002128.SZ)：3家子公司擬分別投建光伏發電項目 總投資額14.02億元
格隆匯12月11日丨露天煤業(002128.SZ)公佈，為了開發新能源、保護生態環境、促進經濟與環境和諧發展，公司擬由全資子公司通遼通發新能源有限公司投資建設通遼發電總廠貯灰場生態環境綜合治理150MWp光伏發電項目。擬由全資子公司內蒙古巴音新能源有限公司投資建設阿拉善左旗40MWp光伏發電項目。擬由全資子公司那仁太新能源有限公司投資建設達拉特光伏發電領跑獎勵激勵基地10萬千瓦項目。項目基本情況如下：
(一)通遼發電總廠貯灰場生態環境綜合治理150MWp光伏發電項目基本情況。
該項目位於內蒙古通遼市科爾沁區通遼發電總廠貯灰場內,場址附近距離G304國道2公里。規劃建設規模為150MWp，實際佈置容量為169.46592MWp，本期一次建成。項目所在地的太陽能資源很豐富。該項目已經取得國家能源局綜合司的競爭指標，項目計劃總投資7.44億元，自有資本佔項目總投資的20%，其餘80%為銀行貸款。
(二)阿拉善左旗40MWp光伏發電項目基本情況。
該項目位於阿拉善左旗巴彥諾日公蘇木東側，擬建場址整個區域為未利用沙地，場址附近距離X111縣道約4.4公里、距離S218省道約3.8公里、距離S317省道約7.78公里。規劃建設規模為40MWp，實際佈置容量為40.51944MWp，本期一次建成。項目所在地的太陽能資源最豐富。該項目已經取得國家能源局綜合司的競爭指標，項目計劃總投資1.85億元，自有資本佔項目總投資的20%，其餘80%為銀行貸款。
(三)達拉特光伏發電領跑獎勵激勵基地10萬千瓦項目基本情況。
項目場址位於鄂爾多斯市達拉特旗昭君鎮，庫布其沙漠腹地，靠近沿黃一級公路，距達拉特旗約30公里，距包頭市約40公里。規劃建設10萬千瓦，實際佈置容量11.11968萬千瓦，本期一次建成。項目所在地的太陽能資源最豐富。該項目已經國家能源局競爭優選備案，項目投資4.73億元，自有資本佔項目總投資的20%，其餘80%為銀行貸款。
前述項目開發建設符合國家《可再生能源中長期發展規劃》清潔能源發展方向。通過前述項目的開發建設實現經濟與環境的協調發展，同時可以提高公司清潔能源比重，促進公司戰略目標的實現。前述項目開發建設可充分發揮地區光資源優勢，促進新能源產業的發展，增加公司新能源容量。有利於加快調整公司能源結構，促進企業轉型升級，提高企業核心競爭力，有利於企業的長遠發展。前述項目經財務評價分析，經濟性較好，在技術和經濟上可行；且資本金內部收益率滿足公司投資收益要求。
