国能国际资产(00918.HK)除牌程序第二阶段明年6月届满
国能国际资产(00918.HK)表示,於本月9日接获联交所函件,指公司除牌程序第二阶段将於2020年6月8日届满。
上市委员会於11月27日将该公司置於除牌程序第二阶段,指出公司就开发具备真正业务计划或前景大幅改善其营运规模以支持其可行性及可持续性的实质业务而言仍处於初期阶段;於今年3月底的营运规模依然细小;以及未能证明於3月底拥有足够资产产生足够收益及溢利以保证其上市地位。
该公司须於期内提交复牌建议,以证明其於除牌程序第二阶段届满前最少10个营业日,即2020年5月25日,根据上市规则第13.24条持有足够程度之业务运作或资产水平,否则联交所将被列入除牌程序第三阶段。
国能国际资产自今年2月1日起暂停买卖,将继续停牌直至另行通告。
