國能國際資產(00918.HK)除牌程序第二階段明年6月屆滿
國能國際資產(00918.HK)表示,於本月9日接獲聯交所函件,指公司除牌程序第二階段將於2020年6月8日屆滿。
上市委員會於11月27日將該公司置於除牌程序第二階段,指出公司就開發具備真正業務計劃或前景大幅改善其營運規模以支持其可行性及可持續性的實質業務而言仍處於初期階段;於今年3月底的營運規模依然細小;以及未能證明於3月底擁有足夠資產產生足夠收益及溢利以保證其上市地位。
該公司須於期內提交復牌建議,以證明其於除牌程序第二階段屆滿前最少10個營業日,即2020年5月25日,根據上市規則第13.24條持有足夠程度之業務運作或資產水平,否則聯交所將被列入除牌程序第三階段。
國能國際資產自今年2月1日起暫停買賣,將繼續停牌直至另行通告。
