兆馳股份(002429.SZ)將在南昌投建紅黃光LED外延、芯片及MiniLED、MicroLED項目
格隆匯12月11日丨兆馳股份(002429.SZ)公佈，公司於2019年12月10日召開第五屆董事會第五次會議，審議通過了《關於與南昌高新技術產業開發區管理委員會簽署投資協議的議案》。根據協議約定，公司將在南昌市高新技術產業開發區投資建設紅黃光LED外延、芯片及MiniLED、MicroLED項目。項目一期投資人民幣10億元用於紅黃光LED外延及芯片的研發、生產和銷售。
LED行業是我國重點科技項目，受國內政策的扶持，芯片技術不斷提升，發光效率逐漸提高，有效地推動了LED產業發展，國內LED產品的應用領域越來越廣泛，滲透率也越來越高。不同於藍綠光LED主要應用於白光LED主流市場，紅黃光目前主要應用於單色光的LED利基型市場，其價格相對較高，如LED顯示屏、陣列式數碼、車燈應用（如車內氛圍燈/車外轉向燈、尾燈、剎車燈等）、植物照明、商業照明、搭配白光的暖白照明、紅外監控、近距感測、生物識別應用（虹膜辨識、人臉辨識等）、生理醫學應用（脈搏監控、血氧監控等）等，而在當前LED最大的市場——顯示屏和照明的應用還未全面鋪開。隨著LED產業前沿領先的MiniMicro RGB LED技術的發展，紅黃光LED將有機會大量應用於LED主流市場——顯示屏上，屆時紅黃光LED的市場需求將迎來爆發性的成長，且紅黃光LED的材料體系、生產製造設備、外延和芯片技術等與MiniMicro-LED、光通訊器件、微波射頻器件等技術領域有很多共同點，這將為公司未來再進一步拓展相關產品儲備技術和生產製程方面的經驗。
公司已於南昌高新區成立江西兆馳半導體有限公司(“兆馳半導體”)，投資建設藍綠光LED外延及芯片生產項目，是目前LED業內單體廠房最大、自動化程度最高、生產效率最高的企業，尤其結合公司LED封裝擴建項目及照明業務，可以完成LED產業鏈的上中下游垂直整合，有效地減少中間環節，控制生產成本及運營成本，利用內生體系優勢增強綜合競爭力。
面對未來紅黃光LED市場需求的迅速崛起，兆馳半導體擬於南昌高新區投資建設紅黃光LED項目，進一步優化產品結構和品質，完善LED外延及芯片的品類及應用領域，預計投產後年產能（摺合4寸片）可達120萬片。公司利用在LED全產業鏈佈局的優勢，制定精細化管理流程，充分發揮各業務板塊協同效應，進一步提升生產技術水平，增強企業核心競爭力，未來也將使南昌成為國內RGB全綵LED產業最大聚落的所在地，達成地方與企業共存共榮的雙贏目標。
