小商品城(600415.SH)子公司擬斥1200萬元參設項目公司 打造義烏市場智慧交通體系
格隆匯12月11日丨小商品城(600415.SH)公佈，為了進一步解決公司國際商貿城市場經營户短駁物流的痛點，整合國際商貿城物流資源，建立並運營同城配送信息平台，開展城市配送及供應鏈相關業務，打造義烏市場智慧交通體系，公司擬指定全資子公司商城物流與浙江吉城雲創科技有限公司(“吉城雲創”)、陸港信息、保安公司簽訂《關於共同設立義烏市智慧交通有限公司出資協議書》(“出資協議”)，約定四方擬共同出資1億元，設立項目公司。其中，吉城雲創以貨幣方式認繳出資6000萬元，持有項目公司股權60%；陸港信息以貨幣方式認繳出資2400萬元，持有項目公司股權24%；商城物流以貨幣方式認繳出資1200萬元，持有項目公司股權12%；保安公司以貨幣方式認繳出資400萬元，持有項目公司股權4%。
義烏市智慧交通有限公司經營範圍：技術開發、技術服務、技術諮詢、技術推廣、成果轉讓:電子技術、物聯網技術、計算機軟硬件、人工智能和大數據產品、網絡設備、通信設備、電子設備、安防設備、教學科研設備、智慧城市信息化系統、智慧城市管理技術;服務:智慧城市規劃設計、信息技術諮詢、人工智能技術諮詢、計算機設備、機械設備、電氣設備的租賃、供應鏈管理，供應鏈金融，供應鏈信息諮詢、商務信息諮詢，電子商務。;銷售:計算機軟硬件及輔助設備、智能化設備、辦公設備、網絡設備、辦公用品、機械設備、電氣設備、電子產品、通信設備、安防設備、食品;貨物或技術進出口(國家禁止或涉及行政審批的貨物和技術進出口除外);承接:智慧交通信息化工程、建築智能化工程、安防工程、建築裝飾工程、機電設備安裝工程、通信工程、消防設施工程、電力工程、公路工程、城市與道路照明工程、節能環保工程、市政公用工程、水電安裝工程、防水工程、防腐保温工程(憑資質經營)；第三方物流服務，貨運代理(除危險化學品)，運輸諮詢；裝卸及搬運服務(除危險化學品)；倉儲租賃與管理；(依法須經批准的項目，經相關部門批准後方可開展經營活動)。
此次對外投資，建立並運營同城配送信息平台，開展城市配送及供應鏈相關業務，為公司運營的中國小商品城提供優質配套服務，有利於降低中國小商品城市場的物流成本，提升中國小商品城市場的競爭力。
