大和:電費補貼將抵銷燃料成本上升影響 予中電及港燈“持有”評級
大和發佈報告稱,予中電(00002.HK)“持有”評級,目標價84港元;港燈(02638.HK)“持有”評級,目標價7.35港元。
該行稱,由於天然氣的使用比例從今年的29%增加至明年的50%,總電費將同比增長2.5%,燃料附加費增加10.8%。即使基本電費上升了1.3%,但仍有每度電1.2%的特別回扣,將抵銷基本電費的變動。
該行又稱,中電將向超過32萬名中小企客户提供逾1.5億港元的補貼,以協助他們渡過難關,預計有關補貼將會抵銷明年首6個月燃料成本上升的影響。至於港燈,該行預計,公司明年的燃料成本將會增加至5億港元,主要由於天然氣的比例由32%增至明年的50%,燃料附加費增加6%。港燈早前也推出了一系到的舒緩措施,公司預計幾乎所有客户在明年都會少付電費。
