格隆匯12月10日丨首創置業(02868.HK)公佈,有關擬掛牌出售首創青旅置業51%股權事宜,公司獲北交所通知,潛在出售公開掛牌的信息披露期已滿,只有上海綠尚達企業發展有限公司一家意向受讓方。摘牌價為轉讓底價,即人民幣6.861億元。
上海綠尚達企業發展有限公司為根據中國法律註冊成立之有限責任公司,主要從事房地產開發管理、物業管理及房地產經紀服務等。
