*ST天馬(002122.SZ)：司法拍賣完成後 徐州乾順承將成為公司第一大股東
格隆匯12月10日丨*ST天馬(002122.SZ)公佈，公司控股股東喀什星河創業投資有限公司(“喀什星河”)與湖北天乾資產管理有限公司因股票質押式回購交易業務違約事項，其持有的公司部分股票約2.5097億股於2019年10月10日10時起至2019年10月11日10時在湖北省恩施土家族苗族自治州中級人民法院(“湖北恩施中院”)京東網司法拍賣網絡平台上進行公開拍賣，徐州乾順承科技發展有限公司(“徐州乾順承”)以最高應價競得拍賣標的“喀什星河創業投資有限公司持有的天馬軸承集團股份有限公司約2.5097億股股票”。
2019年10月11日，本院在京東網司法拍賣平台拍賣被執行人喀什星河創業投資有限公司持有的*ST天馬(證券代碼002122，股份性質流通股)股票約2.5097億股(已質押給天風證券)，買受人徐州乾順承科技發展有限公司以約4.999億元的最高價競得，並付清了全部款項。依照《中華人民共和國民事訴訟法》第二百四十七條、《最高人民法院關於人民法院民事執行中拍賣、變賣財產的規定》第二十三條規定、第二十九條規定，裁定如下：
一、解除對被執行人喀什星河創業投資有限公司(統一社會信用代碼：9165310032888433X0)持有的*ST天馬(證券代碼002122，股份性質流通股)股票250,973,000股及孳息(已質押給天風證券股份有限公司)的質押及凍結。
二、被執行人喀什星河創業投資有限公司持有的*ST天馬(證券代碼002122,股份性質流通股)股票250,973,000股及孳息的所有權歸買受人徐州乾順承科技發展有限公司(統一社會信用代碼：91320324MA205E4360)所有。該股票及孳息的所有權自本裁定送達買受人徐州乾順承科技發展有限公司時起轉移。
三、買受人徐州乾順承科技發展有限公司可持本裁定書到登記機構辦理相關產權過户手續。
本裁定送達後即發生法律效力。”
此次權益變動前，喀什星河持有公司人民幣普通股3.56億股，佔公司總股本的29.97%；徐州乾順承未持有公司股份。
此次所拍賣股份完成股權過户手續後，喀什星河持有公司人民幣普通股約1.0503億股，佔公司總股本的8.84%，不再為公司控股股東；徐州乾順承將持有公司人民幣普通股約2.5097億股，佔公司總股本的21.13%，其將成為公司第一大股東，公司無實際控制人。
