飆升420億！科創板大爆發，有新股次日暴漲43%，更有首例重組股兩天漲停20％！

科創板全面躁動！
001號股票華興源創，開啟科創板首例併購重組，罕見連續2天漲停漲44%，昨天上市的新股卓易信息今日又暴漲43.12%，龍頭股暴動激活科創板全線飄紅，板塊平均上漲6.6%。
今日暴漲，科創板上市的63只股票市值從7678億元，暴增至8098億元，板塊市值猛增420億元。個股方面，容百科技大漲18.84%，沃爾德、天準科技、佰仁醫療、申聯生物漲幅超10%，形態上多為超跌反彈走勢。
市場分析人士表示，科創板併購重組開閘、超跌反彈需求、市場追捧科技股等多重因素共振，應該是這兩天尤其是今天科創板大漲的推手。
科創板首例重組連續2天漲停
昨天漲停之後，華興源創今日再度漲停。
12月6日晚間，華興源創公告擬通過發行股份及支付現金的方式購買歐立通100%股權，標的資產初步作價11.5億元，此次交易構成重大資產重組。受消息刺激，華興源創股價昨日高開12.63%後攀升漲停，今日開盤後一路拉昇再度漲停，漲19.99%報收47.3元。
科創板上市5天后漲跌停幅度為20%，華興源創兩天漲停暴漲43.99%，股價由32.85元大漲到47.3元；公司市值也從132億元增至190億元，市值增長58億元。
11月29日，上交所科創板重組審核規則正式落地，12月6日晚間科創板第一股華興源創就推出了發股購買資產的重組方案，華興源創股價兩漲停，也帶動了市場對科創板重組的良好預期。
新股上市第二天後繼續暴漲
不只是重組股華興源創，昨日上市的兩隻新股卓易信息、佰仁醫療在上市第二天繼續暴漲，這也是科創板一段時間來非常少見的。科創板上市後的5個交易日不設漲跌幅限制，今日卓易信息暴漲43.12%，佰仁醫療也大漲12.55%。
在11月份以來，新股頻頻破發的背景下，從上市數個交易日破發，到上市首日破發，科創板新股近期境遇尷尬，而這兩天卓易信息的表現，可以説是一下提振了市場對科創板新股乃至科創板新股的信心，卓易信息昨日大漲108.38%，今日又漲43%。
重組政策的落地，以及科創板股票持續回落消化估值、股價超跌，加上近期科技股的強勢，今日半導體板塊再度大漲3.66%，科創板股票以科技股為代表，都成為科創板大漲的催化劑。
仍然以營業部遊資參與為主
從龍虎榜買賣席位來看，這兩天科創板異動股的主要參與者，基本都是券商營業部席位。華興源創昨日的龍虎榜席位，前五大買賣席位全是全券商營業部。
