富瑞:料12月澳門博彩收入按年下跌13-18% 偏好金沙(1928.HK)
富瑞發表研究報告指出,本月至今的初步數字顯示,12月澳門博彩總收入(GGR)疲弱,消息估計全月收入可能僅約218-229.5億澳門元,即按年下跌13-18%,濠賭股中,富瑞偏好金沙中國(1928.HK)。
報告指出,雖然將金沙城中心翻新成為“澳門倫敦人(The Londoner Macao)”或對金沙中國短期盈利造成影響,但自明年上半年起,金沙將受惠於四季大樓及倫敦人分別290及670個套房投入運作,富瑞認為,中場前景比貴賓廳佳,因為後者仍受不明朗因素拖累。
富瑞續指,12月首8天,澳門博彩總收入估計每日約7.13億澳門元,其中,中場博彩總收入料跌1-3%,而貴賓更減少31-33%。不過,隨着中國經濟改善以及2020年氣氛向好,博彩業的弱勢應可緩和。
