格隆匯12月10日丨國瓷材料(300285.SZ)公佈,東營奧遠於2019.11.13-2019.12.09通過集中競價方式累計減持150.28萬股。
此次權益變動前,東營奧遠持有國瓷材料4966.04萬股,佔當時總股本的5.16%,經過歷次的減持變動後,東營奧遠持有上市公司的股份變為4815.76萬股,佔公司總股本的4.999%。
截至報告書籤署之日,信息披露義務人不排除在未來12個月內繼續減持其持有的國瓷材料股份的可能。
