浩雲科技(300448.SZ)與華為簽訂合作協議 共同推動銀行智能物聯業務發展
格隆匯12月10日丨浩雲科技(300448.SZ)公佈，2019年12月10日，公司(“乙方”)與華為技術有限公司(“華為”或“甲方”)經友好協商簽訂了《合作協議》，旨在金融智能物聯行業內就基礎硬件、雲計算、大數據、人工智能等方面進行全方位的合作，以共同推動銀行智能物聯業務發展。
此次合作內容：雙方結合各自優勢，聚焦金融智能物聯行業就基礎硬件、雲計算、大數據、人工智能等方面進行全方位的合作，共同打造“智能物聯聯合解決方案”，並共同推進市場商務活動。
合作模式為雙方高層建立不定期互訪制度，按需開展市場信息、行業動態、技術創新、企業文化、營銷經驗等方面的交流，並以包括但不限於以下模式進行合作：
(1)一片雲海的平台解決方案
1)甲方提供雲平台需要的基礎軟件平台(包含雲平台基座)。2)乙方提供基於金融物聯業務的應用平台及軟件。3)雙方根據合作的進度，協商選擇合適的時機聯合召開“一片雲海平台解決方案”的發佈工作，共同提出金融物聯領域智能解決方案。
(2)智能攝像機聯合解決方案：
1)甲方提供智能硬件，乙方基於銀行應用場景提供嵌入算法，並在客户場景完成調試。2)在符合甲方公司規定的前提下，甲方在算法商城中優先配合乙方的銀行應用場景等嵌入算法的推廣和銷售。
(3)非金融行業的合作
1)通過在金融行業的成功合作模式向其他行業進行復制。2)金融行業的合作展開之後，針對非金融行業的合作根據具體的場景，雙方協商進行相應補充協議。
(4)人員培訓及其他
1)甲方提供大數據、人工智能及基於甲方產品的開發、運維、運營等專業培訓。2)雙方建立定期溝通機制，信息共享，在符合甲方公司規定的前提下，在全國各辦事處統一模式與報價策略。
公司此次與華為簽署《合作協議》，旨在通過與華為深入合作，充分發揮各自在金融智能物聯行業內基礎硬件、雲計算、大數據、人工智能等方面的資源和優勢，共同打造“智能物聯聯合解決方案”，有助於公司為客户提供更加優質的產品與服務，顯著夯實公司業務主線之一的金融物聯的基礎，進一步增強公司的業務拓展能力，提高公司綜合競爭力，助力公司戰略推進。
該協議的簽署對公司的業務獨立性無重大影響。截至本公告日，合作雙方尚未正式開展具體合作事宜，暫時無法預計對公司2019年度及以後年度的財務狀況和經營成果的影響。
