保监局:相信第四季内地旅客来港购买保险跌幅少於第三季
早前保监局公布第三季内地旅客购买保险数字按季大跌近30%,保监局行政总监张云正表示,由於今年上半年本港保险业务表现良好,因此按季跌幅亦会较大。他相信社会事件影响内地旅客购买保险的情况将会延续至第四季,但认为跌幅不会如第三季般巨大。
他指过往一个星期社会气氛趋向平静,相信若有关情况持续,内地旅客将会回复到本港购买保险。他又指内地居民对本港保险产品的需求仍然存在,不会因为社会事件而一下子消失,不过亦需要有安全的环境及社会气氛,才可吸引相关旅客来港购买保险。 ~
