美国国会在国防法案中加入禁止采购中国公共汽车及列车禁令
据《华尔街日报》报道,美国国会在《国防授权法案》(NDAA)中加入制约中国的条款,参众两院的共和党及民主党议员已就议案的措辞达成共识,将禁止使用联邦资金从中国购买公共汽车及列车,不过禁令不包括现有合约。
当中最受影响的两间中国公司包括,一直在美国大力开拓市场的中国中车(01766.HK),据估计年销售额达180亿美元,而另一间公司则是比亚迪(01211.HK) 。
议员亦准备禁止美国军方购买中国无人机,因为美国官员愈来愈担心中国的设备可能会用作秘密监控,令美国的重要基础设施面临风险。
禁令将会影响总部位於深圳的大疆创新科技(SZ DJI Technology Co.),大疆创新科技是全球最大的民用无人机制造商,过去公司曾表示无人机具有防止数据传输到中国的功能,而且中国政府从未要求收取公司的数据。
