弘業股份(600128.SH):就南京江寧區相關土地收儲 根據補償協議7000萬元已轉入公司賬户
格隆匯12月9日丨弘業股份(600128.SH)公佈,經公司2019年第四次臨時股東大會審議通過,同意公司將位於南京市江寧區同夏路51號工業園土地及附着物由南京市江寧區土地儲備中心及江寧區人民政府東山街道辦事處收儲。
隨後,公司與南京市江寧區人民政府東山街道辦事處簽署《南京市江寧區國有土地上房屋搬遷補償協議》。
根據《補償協議》中約定的相關付款安排,2019年12月6日,公司收到南京市江寧區房屋徵遷事務管理所開具的7000萬元轉賬支票並辦理了入賬手續。2019年12月9日,上述款項已轉入公司賬户。
