九安醫療(002432.SZ)：總經理李志毅辭職 聘任劉毅為董事長兼總經理
格隆匯12月9日丨九安醫療(002432.SZ)公佈，公司董事會於2019年12月9日收到公司總經理李志毅提交的書面辭職報告。因個人希望能夠專注於從事新的產品領域和商業模式的研究與探索，故申請辭去公司總經理職務並不再擔任公司任何職務。
根據公司相關制度安排，李志毅辭職後，公司董事會於2019年12月9日召開的第五屆董事會第一次會議，審議通過了《關於聘任公司高級管理人員的議案》，決定聘任劉毅為公司董事長兼總經理，任期自聘任之日起至第五屆董事會任期屆滿之日止。
李志毅畢業於天津大學，獲分析儀器及工業管理雙學士，於1995年參與九安醫療的籌建工作。自2002年擔任公司總經理以來，與劉毅董事長一起穩固國內渠道、拓展海外市場。在負責公司的日常運營及技術製造工作期間，對公司整體管理進行結構性疏理，調整生產製造系統適應公司急速發展的配套要求，做好內外部充足準備，開拓各類優質資源整合發展優勢，助力公司在全面管理、技術創新等方面不斷提升屢攀新高，為公司快速發展做出巨大貢獻。把公司從一個幾十人拾遺補缺的工廠發展成為符合中、美、歐醫療器械質量管理體系標準的現代化生產基地和國際血壓計行業前五強做出了卓越貢獻。特別是對推動血糖系列產品的基礎技術研發和產品迭代起到了決定性作用。
2010年公司上市後，李志毅積極響應和貫徹公司整體的轉型發展思路，多方面拓展調整、主導籌劃了九安智慧健康眾創空間，親自帶領研發人員攻克技術難關，一路走來，李志毅先生從產品基礎技術入手，研發試驗、推陳出新。在公司轉型的過程中，為解決勞動力成本上升給公司帶來的巨大壓力，領導進行了公司智能化工廠的改造提升和整體設置，從工藝流程、檢測標準到各項設備，都達到了非常高的水平，並帶領建設完善了公司的OA辦公系統的全面開發，成為了一家現代化高科技智能製造型企業。九安醫療的發展離不開李志毅先生的管理才能和勤勉盡責的工作態度。在此，公司全體人員對李志毅表示衷心感謝！
依照《公司法》及《公司章程》相關法律法規，李志毅的辭職申請自辭職報告送達董事會之日起生效，其辭職不會影響公司相關業務的正常開展。李志毅將繼續遵守相關競業禁止承諾，其創業項目與公司主營業務不相關。
