廣匯能源(600256.SH)與中鐵加侖及柏樾諮詢簽訂LNG鐵路運輸三方戰略合作協議
格隆匯12月9日丨廣匯能源(600256.SH)公佈，廣匯能源、中鐵加侖、柏樾諮詢三方友好協商簽訂了《戰略合作協議》。協議屬於框架性協議，不存在約束性條款，三方將在LNG海鐵對接聯運、LNG鐵路終端物流園、哈密淖毛湖LNG鐵路運銷等方面開展深度合作。
公司控股子公司廣匯能源綜合物流發展有限責任公司依託江蘇省啟東市南通港區得天獨厚的地理位置優勢，於南通港呂四港沿海開發區投建南通港呂四港區LNG接收站(一、二、三期)項目，預計三期建成後整體可達到300萬噸/年的LNG週轉能力。該項目主要是以液化天然氣能源產品購銷為主，具備倉儲、分銷等功能的綜合能源物流基地，且在原有基礎上增加氣化裝置及配套設施，增加公司產品在天然氣輸送管網覆蓋地區的高峯調節用氣功能。目前，啟東LNG接收站項目已投運及在建部分的客户羣體主要為江蘇省當地中、小城市和位於城市周邊的工業用户。此外，公司所屬國內第一條由民營企業控股投建的紅淖鐵路已於本年初開通使用，進入試運營階段。該鐵路連接公司哈密煤化工基地，不僅有效的改善鐵路沿線區域交通條件，而且可極大降低公司煤化工及LNG產品的外運綜合成本。
中鐵加侖液化天然氣物流股份有限公司，是由中煉加侖能源科技集團和中國鐵路總公司下屬的中鐵聯合物流股份有限公司合資的混合所有制企業。公司在全國範圍內開展LNG鐵路物流分銷業務，主要從事LNG銷售網絡體系的建設，包括LNG物流園和終端分銷網絡。
北京柏樾諮詢有限公司是根據中華人民共和國法律成立並存續的公司，其註冊地址為北京，主營股權投資、創業投資管理；企業併購重組、改制上市的財務顧問；企業管理諮詢。由國內具有豐富實戰經驗的產業、投資和金融專家統領，同時彙集企管、財務、人力、法律等領域的高級人才組成專業管理團隊。
2019年12月8日，基於各方優勢，為實現優勢互補、互利共贏、共同發展，經三方友好協商簽訂了《戰略合作協議》，將在LNG海鐵對接聯運、LNG鐵路終端物流園、哈密淖毛湖LNG鐵路運銷等方面開展深度合作。
