龍元建設(600491.SH)簽署4億元吳江開發區WJ-J-2019-022地塊項目工程施工合同
格隆匯12月9日丨龍元建設(600491.SH)公佈,公司近日與蘇州正譽房地產開發有限公司簽署了《建設工程施工合同》,合同金額4億元。根據合同約定,公司為吳江開發區(同裏鎮)WJ-J-2019-022地塊工程施工項目的承包人。
工程地點位於吳江開發區(同裏鎮)雲龍西路北側、楊中路東側、益和路南側。承包人承攬工程項目一覽表中所列示的:1#樓-14#樓、15#樓配電房、16#樓開關站、17#樓垃圾房及地下車庫等工程總承包。
