徐家彙(002561.SZ)與天南實業公司擬簽署上海市公有非居住房屋租賃合同
格隆匯12月9日丨徐家彙(002561.SZ)公佈,由於業務發展需要,公司與上海天南實業有限公司(“天南實業公司”)擬簽署《上海市公有非居住房屋租賃合同》,租賃天南實業公司擁有的上海市徐彙區龍吳路2388弄118號物業,租賃面積2290.83平方米,租賃期為十年,租金總額不超過500萬元(含税),作為商業用途。
由於天南實業公司為公司控股股東、實際控制人上海徐家彙商城(集團)有限公司的控股子公司。根據《深圳證券交易所股票上市規則》的有關規定,公司與天南實業公司存在關聯關係,此次交易構成關聯交易。
上述關聯交易有利於促進公司的經營發展,不存在損害公司及其他股份利益的情形。
