凱龍股份(002783.SZ)：武漢資環院與國家能源集團氫能科技等簽署合作協議
格隆匯12月8日丨凱龍股份(002783.SZ)發佈公告，2019年12月6日，公司獲悉，由公司參與投資設立的氫能源產業基金——深圳市君豐華盛投資合夥企業(有限合夥)(以下簡稱“君豐華盛”)投資的武漢地質資源環境工業技術研究院有限公司(以下簡稱“武漢資環院”)，於2019年12月6日在北京，與國家能源集團氫能科技有限公司、武漢市東湖新技術開發區管委會簽署了合作協議。
根據協議，三方將以氫能產業鏈為主線，以資本為紐帶，在打造氫能產業生態鏈、培育氫能產業龍頭企業、聯合發起氫能專項投資基金等方面進行深度合作，攜手打造有競爭力的氫能源供應鏈與氫能應用生態鏈，實現氫能源產業上中下游協同創新發展。
此次三方合作是在2019年12月3日國家工業和信息化部發布《新能源汽車產業發展規劃(2021年-2035)》(徵求意見稿)的背景下籤署的，該簽約項目是國家能源集團與湖北省政府於2019年11月18日簽訂的戰略合作協議的重點落地項目。
國家能源集團氫能科技有限公司，是國家能源集團孵化氫能產業生態的核心平台公司，武漢市東湖高新區是國家自主創新示範區，武漢資環院從2015年開始，着力構建以格羅夫氫能乘用車市場化應用場景為龍頭，帶動制氫、儲氫、加氫的氫能源需求和發展，目前中極氫能公司的兩座制氫工廠已投產，泰歌氫能動力公交車在武漢已有兩條示範線在運營，氫能動力系統產品質量測試中心已獲批籌建，格羅夫三款車型參加了今年4月上海國際車展，兩款車型正在進行量產開發。
本次簽約後，三方將全面深化戰略合作，有利於發揮各自優勢，着力打造生態鏈，共同推動氫能源產業戰略取得創新性發展。
國家發改委、能源局發佈《能源技術革命創新行動計劃(2016-2030年)》，將氫能技術開發利用上升為國家能源戰略，公司將以國家出台實施戰略性新興產業發展規劃為方向，抓住此次簽約的契機，密切保持與武漢資環院的聯繫，充分利用公司生產氫氣的條件，重點選擇氫能源產業中的有機儲氫材料、加氫裝備和脱氫裝備等項目進行深入調研，擬擇機考慮與國內外相關單位或企業合作，研發、生產、運營和銷售有機儲氫材料、經營銷售加氫裝備和脱氫裝備。公司參與投資氫能源產業基金系公司適度多元化戰略的體現，符合公司的戰略規劃和佈局。
