油组决定明年首季扩大减产 3月再开会商议
油组(OPEC)及俄罗斯等产油国开会决定,同意於明年首季额外再减产多50万桶,由目前按去年10月的产量,每日减产120万桶,扩大为减产170万桶。沙特阿拉伯的减产幅度一直大於原订的减产目标,沙特每日的减产幅度将额外多减40万桶,意味若各国均遵守减产额度,每日的减产幅度可望接近210万桶。沙特表示当前的首要任务是促使一些成员全面履行减产承诺。
值得注意的是,最新的减产协议仅将在明年首季实施,油组与盟友在明年3月仍将举行特别会议商讨後续。
